Context

The initial HackSpire problem involved registrations, team submissions, individual member proof uploads, a shared PPT, review, rejection, resubmission, and final locking.

A traditional form builder does not fully describe this behavior.

Decision

FlowMint will be documented as a collaborative workflow platform.

The form builder is treated as one part of the platform, not as the whole product.

Consequences

Requirements should be written around workflows, teams, tasks, submissions, reviews, and phases.

Future architecture, database, API, and UI specifications should derive from the FRS instead of introducing unapproved product scope.
