2. Organization: Distinct entities under a workspace (e.g., HackSpire 2025 vs HackSpire 2026).
3. Events: Specific activities (e.g., Main Hackathon, Volunteer Application).
4. Teams & Members: Participants taking part in the event.
5. Workflows: The structural path members must follow.
6. Tasks & Submissions: Individual data points required from members.
7. Reviews & Results: The organizer's final decision on the submitted data.

This strict hierarchy ensures that FlowMint can scale from a simple survey to a multi-month enterprise internship application process without altering the underlying database architecture.
