Smart Filtering

Organizers can filter thousands of teams instantly using Smart Views:

• Needs Review: Teams that have submitted all tasks but have no organizer assigned.
• Pending: Teams that have not finished their tasks.
• Qualified: Teams with 100% Approved tasks.
• Rejected: Teams with at least one rejected task requiring resubmission.

Mandatory Feedback Loops

If an organizer clicks Reject on a task, a modal enforces mandatory feedback. The organizer must explain why it was rejected (e.g., "The GitHub link is private"). This feedback is instantly pushed to the Team Workspace via WebSockets, triggering a notification.
